        Had an appointment booked for 10.30-11.30 Today, it's currently 11.07 and they haven't communicated with me at all. Keep in mind, I am director of my own company and therefore, when I am not working, I lose money. Not reliable. Awful. Would not recommend.

        My daughter had blinds fitted by this company and more than 6mths on there was a problem with her wall( no fault of the company) and they came back and sorted the problem. They went above and beyond, highly recommended. It pays to buy local and family run company.

        Professional, friendly and personable! Concorde did everything they said they would from consultation visit through to delivery and installation of our blinds. A genuinely family run business, consultative sales team not pushy and as mentioned before, really friendly! We will be using in future when we next need blinds :)
