        I received my new Liv Cycle to work bike from a different company through my work but are based in Swansea. However the bottle holder screw was spinning. Transition Cycles who are local to me in Bedford, offered to take a look. They had the bike overnight, replaced the screw fixing and made a claim directly to Liv on my behalf. Bottle holder now fitted and looks great!
