When a beauty product doesn't have the colour sticker on it and the entire outside is black, what do you do as a consumer? Open it right? And if there is a vacuum seal that wraps around the powder on the inside, and cannot be tampered with unless you break the seal, isn't that the way the manufacturer has designed it so that the customer can see the product without using it? Apparently, according to the Bedford Town Bodycare staff the way to tell a customer to not open the products without actually finding out why they are doing this, is by shouting across the aisle and embarrassing them. Then after being shown that the product can't possibly be tampered with because of the vacuum seal and that you cannot see the colour, you get told "we say this to all the customers" and not even an apology for their rudeness. Thank you for this wonderful service Bodycare Bedford. I'll be rushing back to visit the store again. As for the products, they're great, pity about one staff member's manners.
