Caroline was amazing! She made my first massage experience so relaxing & took away neck and shoulder tension that I have had for years within an hour! Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with Caroline, she is very kind and the place is calm and clean. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. I have tried different salons in South London but she is the best massage therapist I have tried so far, the aromatherapy massage was perfect, eased my body tension and took out all my stress.

I am afraid my experience at Carolines beauty room was not great. The massage was okay. The facial was okay. She said she would pluck my eyebrows because I didnt want to get a lash tint and I am not too sure what she did because my brows dont look like they were touched at all. She was just plucking at nothing. The atmosphere wasn't relaxing at all. There are people moving around upstairs. Her rooms is stuff and messy. A lot of the products look very old. I am afraid the worst treatment was the manicure I had. You can see photos for yourself. They were taken 2 days after the treatment. It was a shabby excuse for a manicure. The products she used were very odd and old looking. She didnt remove any of my cuticles. Caroline was lovely but I dont believe this package was worth the 110 that I paid. I sent her an email asking for at least a partial refund for the manicure (that has quite literally come off) and she refused so definitely would not recommend and will not be going back.
