THE WORST PLACE IN BEDFORD STAY AWAY. This place has rude managers and clueless staff. The place looks very dirty and tacky and is always empty. Their website claims false events like djs every weekend which is not true and admit it is a lie yet still dont remove it . It has the worst vibe for a night out and would certainly not return . Theres A LOT better places to go in bedford. I would give it zero stars.

Disorganised but hopefully just bad timing After booking online, I received an email confirmation which accepted the booking however never referenced the time and date. When we arrived we went to the bar and said we had a booking and the bar tender had no idea what to do. Whilst he mentioned it was his second shift, his response still gave levels of uncertainty that were concerning as there was no accountability of confidence. The manager directed us upstairs. We entered the rooftop bar where there was 0 atmosphere. Yes we accept 6pm may have been too early for a party we at least expect music over the speakers. We ordered 2 cocktails and proceeded to hope that this would save the experience. Unfortunately it was far from the case. After requesting for music to be turned on and getting a response of I dont know how to work the tablet but Ill try my margarita arrived with no salt on the rim, little taste of tequila and a strong taste of lime juice. My partners strawberry daiquiri tasted artificial and mass produced. We quickly concluded these werent made with love, even at 8 a cocktail in Bedford. The bar lady came to take payment and we expressed our disappointment and she said she would speak to the manager. The manager didnt come up to see us but passed on the message that we could have anything else for free. We orders a pint of corona as I noticed it on tap when entering and a dry glass of rose. After a while returned a bottle of corona as there was apparently no gas in the tap for a draught pint and a very sweet glass of Zinfandel rose. We waited until I finished my beer, our cocktails glasses were taken almost full and we were asked to pay (even though we were offered free drinks, we were happy to support local) they included my partners cocktail. When I questioned it, the bar lady suggested there was nothing wrong with it. In which we reiterated our issue and let her know that the rose was wrong as it was sweet. Her response was the cherry on top of a sour cake I just send the order down, I dont make the drinks or know whats what. You are probably in the wrong job then love! We paid for the corona and rose and couldnt get out quick enough. Safe to say whilst we wholeheartedly support Queen of Snacks and her sushi, there are massive issues in the bar staff, service, cocktail quality and management attention to detail and response. Given then have been open for almost a year, I would have expected these simple things to be ironed out by now. Wouldnt rush back but might be tempted to give another go if suggested.

I'm really not used to posting comments but I had to explain this (Original) Alors tout dabord, trs bon accueil, nous commandons les boissons et les sushis, 30-40min aprs, les serveurs viennent nous voir pour nous dire de patienter encore 15min donc on sest dit a fait long puis au bout des 15 min ils nous disent de patienter encore 20 min donc la ctait vraiment pas possible et aprs la serveuse revient nous voir pour quon te confirme notre commande et ils staient tromp du coup jai eu 3 plats donc 1 gratuit car ctait lerreur et mon amie na eu quun seul plat au final car si jai bien compris ils avaient pas asse de portion de riz ou je ne sais pas mais dans tous les cas cest nimporte quoi, et donc pour sexcuser ils nous ont propos des boissons ce qui est super gentil mais mon amie na pas mang sa fin et en plus de cela, les sushi taient sec et il ny avait pas de sauce sucr fin bref revoir pour le service ou alors nous sommes tomb sur une mauvaise soire, en tout cas trs jolie restaurant. Je nai vraiment pas lhabitude de mettre des commentaires mais je me devais dexpliquer cela
