Well what can i say about this company. Purchased some of their helicopter start packs. To cut a long story of spending 6 months on a warranty claim to eventually be told the start pack i had bought ( 3 of them ) wasnt designed to start a helicopter ??????????? Yet all their literature and advertising stated it was a start pack. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY If i could put 0 stars I would do

VERY DISAPPOINTED with product and Alliance technology approved supplier. Purchased power-vamp 12/24v jump pack in April 2021 for 954 jump pack was brilliant.All our vehicles are runners but batteries go flat while standing hense the need for jump pack. In December 2021 i had a problem starting a vehicle so i tested the pack 12v side was reading 12.28v and the 24v side was reading 16.8v i tested the batteries and found 1 faulty i called Alliance to have the unit checked. They arranged courier the next day ( excellent service ). i received a call a few days later saying we have tested the unit and found both batteries to be FAULTY not damaged but faulty and the isolator switch needs replacing . I said no problem replace them as there under warranty only 8 months old. they apologised as they were not aware of this. A day later another phone call telling me that warranty had been rejected as the ONLY WAY the damage could have been caused to the batteries was by being dropped from a height. I explained to them that the only person that had used the jump pack was me it had been kept in the front of my pick up truck and only used by me at no time had it been used at any height let alone dropped. he said he would get his manager to call me. The following day i received a call from his manager apologising and telling me that the batteries had failed because they had been over-cranked which was absolute rubbish. I told him that i believed that they had either swapped my batteries with faulty ones as i only had a problem with one battery or they were looking at someone else's jump pack he said he would make further inquires and call me back. I received a call the following week saying that the batteries could have been damaged in transit between us and them by the courier.The manager said if it was damaged by the courier it would not be covered for repair THEY ARRANGED COLLECTION THERE COURIER APPARENTLY NOT COVERED FOR DAMAGE. Absolutely ridicules and unbelievable from a supposedly professional company. They were going to send the batteries back to power-vamp and see if they were faulty 2WEEKS WAIT. waiting for response
