        Amazing to see an auction house working with places to sit, talk, easy and drink and buy some good stuff with helpful staff around too.

        Alison at front is a real gem (efficient, polite and professional). I witnessed her dealing with a very rude customer with a smile on her face and being very polite throughout, although being pushed my the ignorant customer. Jane of Sales room 3, is very knowledgeable for sellers and keen to help ALWAYS. Unlike Mr Grumpy at sales room 5, who is somewhat a put off regardless to the items you have for sale, which end up doing pretty well.
