        I highly recommend David Coloini, he looked after me from start to finish. David listened to what I wanted, read between the lines and knew exactly what I had in mind. He worked pro-actively, got on with the job and was always available whenever I had queries, instilling confidence at all times. Planning Permission had been refused twice, then I went to David and he spotted the problems, re-designed and got Planning through first time. My plans are lovely and I can't wait to get going.

David walked us through the process and gave us an idea of timelines etc. We were always kept in the loop of where we were in the process and if there were delays. Plans approved and building consent granted. Highly recommend David and his team.
