        Been a regular with Sam at Reflexology Bedford for a while now. Tried massage with previous therapist but reflexology really seems to hit the spot, never thought a foot rub could feel and heal so good.

        I have been having reflexology treatment with Sam since May, my first ever experience of the treatment. Sam is a lovely, warm, caring lady who certainly knows her stuff. I always leave after a visit feeling refreshed and relaxed. Most definitely recommend Sam for quality affordable treatments,whether it's for reflexology or reiki. Book a treatment with her now!
