        I phoned them up for help in an emergency and spoke to Emma, they were not able to provide a faulty drive belt as they did not have one available so she went out of her way and sourced a supplier locally who had one available, I was delighted with the service this company delivers going above and beyond and would like to thank Emma and BCS wholeheartedly for keeping me operational.
