        Booked an appointment online, turned up and the place was closed, so rebooked online, door was shut couldn't get in the building, so decided to go elsewhere, not very good first impression Was phoned by the clinic, and they were very helpful, explained there was a problem with the booking system, and made me an appointment, to go in over the phone.

        I visited Shaftesbury Clinic on an emergency appointment for my back pain. Helen made me feel welcome and took a detailed history about the pain I had been in. We then proceeded with acupuncture and Helen kept me informed all through the treatment what she was doing and why, which I found really helpful. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Helen
