Please do not go to Michelle, she is extremely rude and disrespectful ! I am suffering from a severe skin condition (Hidradenitissuppurativa), if I don't have medication even for a day it's not good for me according to my GP. When my turn came to pick up my medicines Michelle just slammed the prescription into my hands and said " Not available " , I then asked her politely why, and if she could order them for me, she then responded "go to a better pharmacy like Tesco or Boots " and asked me to leave. I then said to her that she has received another prescription for me from my GP, she said "NO" immediately without checking. I told her my doctor sent it to you last week, she then laughed and told her colleague in a lot of sarcasm "I LOVE IT WHEN CUSTOMERS TEACH ME TO DO MY JOB" and she zoomed off the counter in anger. She then found the prescription which she lied to me about and came and handed over the packet to me in ager again. Whilst she was walking off, I told her she shouldn't be rude as the medicines are not from her pockets, she then apologises and laughed at me again. I then had a word with her manager who then explained to me that the medicines could be ordered and provided me with a solution rather then just asking me to leave. In short, there was a solution to the issue but Michelle just didn't want to advise me or take the trouble to order them for me. This is a great example of a pharmacy lacking in providing duty to care towards its patients which they are supposed to. Secondly the customer service was absolutely poor and the communication was zero.

The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude and rude. Didnt show any respect what so ever. Was told pharmacist isnt here unable to give out prescription then another lady came from behind the counter and asked to move away from the door however the pharmacy was getting full and was nowhere else to stand. Im appalled with the service that has been shown. I will be requesting for my prescription to go somewhere else where I feel like I am a valued customer.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years without any problems, I can't understand some of the bad reviews, these people that give these reviews should spend a day in there and see the abuse and stroppy customers they have to deal with, they all do a fantastic job for the local community well done
