        Had problems with my UPS Amazon global return due to ineptitude of UPS collection driver the parcel was never processed, stuck in the shop. Apparently the invoice was needed for something which was not a sale but return of faulty goods. All the necessary labels provided by Amazon were on the box and Amazon said the invoice is not required for returns. Nice, helpful owner. Pro service. Parcel returned and processed by Royal Mail without any fuss. Won't use UPS again but will definitely use the shop as the staff nor the owner cannot be blamed for the cluelessness and fecklessness of UPS.

        I visited this shop on Wednesday, in order to help a friend of mine top up her electric meter key. Having had nothing but grief elsewhere, I was delighted and very impressed by the outstanding service offered by the young lady in the shop (the owners daughter, I believe). She was so helpful and polite, I reality has to add this review to commend her positivity and to thank her. Ill be back for other things in the future. You can expect great service here. Thank you!
