Very bad at communicating information to tenants.They don't respond well if we call them. They dont inform complete details of house prior moving in. They just handed over dirty house without cleaning neither they informed us prior about it. When asked they said thats how owner gave it to them.

I found Sherwoods estate agents professional, helpful and friendly. Although there were many issues they found the right buyer and managed the sales process through numerous difficulties to a successful conclusion. I will always be grateful for their efforts. The reason that I selected Sherwoods was to maximise the income from the sale of the property. Although there are cheaper services on the internet, I am convinced that none of them would have achieved the same net income from the sale. I would particularly like to thank Danny who embodies the height of professionalism, empathy and experience throughout. Thank you Danny and Team!

I would definitely recommend Sherwoods independent estate agents who went above and beyond in the sale of my deceased relatives property all the staff were great at keeping us up to date with the sale. Thank you guys.
