        Came over to the UK with members of my sons soccer (Football) team. 8 Person van was perfect!! Everyone at Enterprise was fantastic. So helpful! Answered all of my dumb American questions. Just off the airport (10 minute cab ride) They even gave me a ride to the train station when we dropped the van back off. Traveling with a big group can be rough. It was so much more economical to rent the van than manage 8 people through train sttaions, strikes, and schedules. Thanks everyone! Cheers!

        Very terrible experience and moreover the behavior of the man Mr.Michael wasnt acceptable. Amidst of booking a car with them and my planned schedule ahead, cancelled the car suddenly without any acknowledgement in spite of the booking confirmation i received and this spoiled all my plans
