        It's a new build, however it is built like a matchbox. I can hear so much noise from outside and above. Also it stinks of cannabis as the smell comes through the plugs sockets and skirting board gaps. Moreover the development company RHP isn't that professional. Queries are not answered and resolved adequately. However cosmetically it is decent in terms of freshness, warmth etc. In all honesty would I recommend yes and no. Yes because it is new. No because of the outlined issues.
