The product are massively overpriced and that is when the shop is open can be mid day on a week day and the shop is shut cant be shore when they will even be open the staff are fine but apart from that I would not go near this shop

The guys at Esauce are phenomenal ! Genuinely friendly and actually care about there custom rather than just looking to get as much money out of customers as they can . Had the pleasure of dealing with Elliot for a few days over emails and it was a real pleasure speaking with him . He was polite , professional and always got back to me quickly . I rarely leave reviews for anyone or any place but felt I had to after receiving such an astoundingly good level of customer service from Esauce . Couldn't recommend them enough , and special mention to Elliot who is a top man !

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Faulty product on arrival and they will not refund or exchange my item only offering a fix. Even though they sent me a faulty item. Strongly recommend staying far away from this company.
