Bedfont Library

I cannot access the library's internet from my laptop. I tried it several times with no success. Even the staff who helped me with the connection cannot do anything or does not know how to do it. So there must be really something wrong with the library's system. I hope this issue is addressed immediately. However, when came back, the issue remains. I still patronize this library in spite of its limitations. However, just recently when I came back to the library, there were a group of middle-aged people who are meeting at the left side end of the library. They are talking so loudly unmindful of other library users. When I approached one of the staff if I could use the other side of the library because I cannot concentrate on what I am reading due to the noise, the staff said he cannot do anything. What?! From what I understood, they are from the council, I think. I said, that this is a library and there must be some rules. Now, you have a library staff who cannot implement library rules. I cannot understand why. Are these people exempted from library rules? are they untouchables? I am too frustrated with this library and I just left and look for another quiet place.

Nice local library, has a few computers and relatively small study area, with a limited number of books. Not open all the time, closed unlike Hounslow library. Good place to study, or just use the computers for general browsing. Be good if it was open more, more convenient for the locals, definitely can tell lack of funding by local authority in this area . They do have nice free coffee though, which is a plus in my book.
