Grove Village Medical Centre

I can't fault this place, I absolutely mean it. All staff (from receptionists to GPs) are trying their very best to run this center accordingly.

I would like to leave some positive feedback for the receptionist Amani, that was very polite and understanding today. Makes a change from the rude receptionists that usually answer the phone.

By far, the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with in my entire life Doctors are terrible, they take 2 month to complete prescriptions when you are nearly dead

The doctors always in a hurry event they can't take you high blood pressure and I'm sick of this , also the receptionist asks you as if she's the Doctor ???why do you want to see the Doctor!!!

Absolutely awful. Certain receptionists are absolutely awful to speak to. To think you call in a bit of a state worried anxious poorly and you get NO empathy or kindness. Nat alison and Jo and another lady are nice. Other than that so incredibly rude. I called today and was told my issue was not serious good luck calling at 2pm it was 1.57pm then hung up on? Imagine i was suicidal or in a crisis? What the hell is that? To then call back to be told by another receptionist i always get told im rude its my tone LOL wow. I worked for the NHS for 8 years and never once had a complaint!! To then see the doctor who stood up the whole time! Rushing me. Talking to me like i was being dramatic to me being halfway out the door to say any thoughts of suicide or self harm pls call the number. Absolute shambles of a place. Seriously embarrassing. The only helpful person in there is the nurse and Nat the receptionist. Or the odd locum which i always pray for. Other than that. Zero empathy zero time. No smiles pure rudeness.
