Bedfont Practice

Takes too long just to book one appointment, claiming that theyre busy all the time, pathetic. They need to find a better schedule and routine. My appointment had been delayed by 1/2 an hour and the room was literally empty, find another doctor, another clinic. Dont waste your time trying to book a stupid appointment when they never pick up. And honestly Im not surprised, they dont even give any priority to patients.

I also want to put a kind of feedbeck here to express my opinion about this Betfind clinic where the doctors are very arrogant and very poorly brought up and educated I did the blood test of the boy in my country ... because here I was refused. ..I came here with the tests, the doctor asked why I didn't buy the vitamin from my country?? but I came here to buy it... I was answered very arrogantly by a doctor with such an education and who took the Hippocratic Oath to have a nice behavior with patients.... I said so, but why don't you buy your vitamin from your country you came here to uk thinking it's free?? I didn't like this attitude at all... plus, as doctors, I don't even know medicine, I don't understand how they do their studies or how they are accepted to work... the lady is of Indian origin and unfortunately it was racist to express yourself to the patients like that .... my husband and I also pay taxes for medicine, but unfortunately the doctors at the Bedfond clinic are zero... they should be changed and given more exams because they don't know anything about medicine...

this is not about a visit to the clinic but about a district nurse that came to take my husbands blood ,and we have a lurcher dog who is very friendly this nurse said the dog had to go out the room so i took him into the kitchen ,she kept saying the dog got tp go out whichi was doing i am not an express train ,my husband has had 9strokes got demensia and id very nearlt blind ,then she asked to talk to me so i said becauseof the dog she would have to talk through the door she said she could not do that ,then she said my husband was rude to her ,yes he was ,and so was i ,just a taste of her own medicine.i was told by a carer that their is a very nasty nurse that takes blood,from bedfont clinic she has no bedside manner,i feel very sorry for any vunerable elderly person she deals with,my husbands blood will be taken at our surgery ,i told her first time she phoned that it could be done at the sutgery ,

This GP is a joke. I had an urgent appointment booked for today, after calling a million times in the morning. Apparently, they only have one doctor at the gp today and he had to leave for the day??? I mean, WHAT????? One doctor in a whole GP and he had to leave for the day? What a joke
