I recently purchased a selection of products from the online shop,and on arrival the package had 1 tin missing, calling to report this on the number provided within email correspondence simply transfers you to a a voicemail that states Lloyd cornenell is not available, and reception just keep sending you to the same voicemail after 1 week of emails and phone calls I still cannot get any answers as to replacement of missing stock which will now not be delivered for Christmas, but payment has been taken? January 5th and even though I finally received response from someone called Cara ( before Christmas) asking if I wanted goods re sent, nothing! I have chased again get a message Cara she is not available. Very poor service, don't order online from this company. is not a if anything is wrong, steer clear of online purchasing with this company. Janury

I love Lindt dark chocolates. However the "NUXOR Dark Chocolate", (a box of which I have recently been given} are, I regret to say, not very nice. The chocolate is "velvety" as they say, but not dark or tasty enough and with far too much hazel nut in each cube. And the cubes are not a good size or shape for eating whole. Big disappointment. Not recommended.
