I've been training with Jay for a few weeks now. He is very knowledgeable, super nice and always a good laugh and chat. Think my dog secretly loves him and I'm sure she thinks he is there to play with her (thank you for bringing her treats and all the cuddles that she gets during our session) - still a long way to go on my healthy lifestyle journey but excited to see where I will be in 3/6/9/12 months :) Highly Recommended :)

Jay trained me for 6 months and I am definitely going to be a repeat client - he is clear, consistent and professional. Plus he has a lovely personality which really helps me feel comfortable. He helped me tone and strengthen my body, actually with even better results than I had hoped for. I've surpassed my goals and want to carry on with him to keep achieving!

Tiger Nash is an excellent PT. I've been with him for 4 months now and have met a number of personal goals. I've lost body fat, gained strength as well as looking and feeling better. I'm really happy with the focus on strength, and simple manageable rules to meet my goals. Went from 78kg and not happy with how I looked to 74kg and a leaner, stronger looking physique. I really recommend him to anyone who is thinking about doing a training course. Tiger writes personalised workouts for us and always checks in on every aspect of our diet, training and lifestyle between sessions. Great PT all round and really enjoy our sessions with him.

Jay is a great personal trainer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get fit and stay healthy. Not only is he professional, encouraging, and dedicated to supporting his clients, but he has also made me realise that having a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be daunting. Jay's sessions have been a real bright spot during the pandemic and I am so pleased with the progress I have made in a few short months with his help. I can't wait to continue my fitness journey with him and see where it leads!
