        Phoned yesterday morning as oil light came on too much oil was told to bring in car the following morning around 8am. Arrived at 815am, my car was looked at within 5 minutes. The mechanic drained 1.5L of oil out my car for me, checked it was all okay before handing me the keys. The staff were really helpful, the mechanic was amazing and I am forever grateful for the service I received. Thank you so much.

        I booked a timed slot for while you wait service to have new tyres fitted and wheels aligned. Appointments are a sham to lure you to book and pay. You just had to wait in queue with others for expected 2 hours. I have to go back at 8am tomorrow. They shouldnt offer timed slots if they cant honour them - its dishonest.
