I am so grateful for the help, advice and support given to my husband and I by Sante Care at Home. Ann and Gosia were kindness itself, nothing was too much trouble. They kept in touch regularly to make sure everything was working well & that we were happy with the care provided, and I had peace of mind knowing that they were available at the other end of the phone at any time if needed. When eventually a problem did arise a new carer was put in place immediately, and when my husband had to go into hospital the entire family were sad to have to bid our 'gem' a fond farewell. I am delighted with the 24 hour care Sante Care at Home have provided for my 90 year old mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Her two Polish carers have been excellent- caring, compassionate and trustworthy, not only attending to her care needs, but also providing companionship and stimulation. They have made an enormously positive impact on her life, and have given myself and the family the reassurance that she is being given first class care and supervision 24 hours a day. The management at Sante Care at Home are constantly supervising the carers, and any issues or concerns the family have are resolved quickly and efficiently. We have had no problems, and as I said before, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Paula Stainer

Excellent live in Agency Ann and Gosier the owners are very pleasant and experience former nurses and care home manager. Live in staff experienced ,helpful , pleasant and caring. I thought I would lose independence having live in, I have gained so much more independence. I have managed care so never any hassle of course no problems with late or missed calls from home care agencies , best thing I ever did
