Absolutely awful company to deal with. Purchased something from their Reactive Toys arm & reported damage to the item the day I received it (Star Wars Black Series Helmet - scratch on the lense). They arranged DPD collection (so far so good) and have since accused me of excessively using the item, causing damage to the box, leaving hair inside the item despite being bald as a coot & accused me of making it dirty. I literally reported the issue within hours of receiving the item!!! Really, really insulting & unfriendly service. They made incredibly hard work of a standard return & have seemingly looked to blame the consumer (in this case me). Please don't give them your money or time, unless they of course can change & be nice people. After the interactions, I've wished them well despite a rude email saying they will ban me from buying from them (oh no - money to be spent elsewhere I guess). It was arduous and a waste of everyone's time

The company offers credit secured by Atradius. The prices that the company hands on the products are too high for a buyer to make profit. Very early a small dept is made by the buyer. After this, the company offers to buy larger quantities to cover the debt. The credit space will be increased with 100% and higher. The company has a perfect timing to do this; it can sell a product where they know from that it will not sell and they can get rid of. Also the quantities and price are timed/ calculated well to create a debt in a very small period for the buyer. The company is still secured for the debt and Atradius doesn't care to know what they sell to which they sell and at what price. No information exchange between the two parties. To be clear; products are sold with loss. A larger debt is made and the buyer is unable to pay. The company files a banruptcy complaint for the company that buys. With this above mentioned it is clear the company hands a secret agenda cq a plan b to get there debts covered by Atradius for products which they wouldn't be able to sell with profit and wouldn't be sold without credit. The company is large enough to be self sufficient. Anyway, Atradius clears the dept and the buyer is bankrupt. The method is accepted and at this point legal. Prices are far above average price compared to other suppliers. Ps: Message has been filed to The insolvency service.
