        This is not a reflection of the Croydon store themselves, as the two staff members working there are actually very polite and helpful but their hands are completely tied by their parent company Flooring Superstore. The delivery process was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had and their customer service team (Demi & Michael) are absolutely committed to making sure their customers issues aren't resolved, and aren't left satisfied. Unless you can buy and collect the flooring instore if they can demonstrate they have stock on the day, do not use these guys. People very rarely buy flooring more than once every 5-10 years so these guys have no motivation to develop relationships with customers. They take the money and run.
