Worst company ever! When they sign you the contract, they promise you a good service, they had been missing my rubbish collection in the past six weeks. Once signed ind, the sales team will disappear and will ghost you. Use any company but this one Disgraceful management team. They will not call back, they avoid direct confrontation because they know theyre giving a very bad service. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Had to search for my garden bin today (60odd p/a) and found it 50 yards away. Anyway, Veolia are a typical EU company who underpay their staff. I would like to draw attention to some idiot called Patch whose review stated that his/her/its bins werent collected because the staff wanted to knock off early to have a pint. News for you patch, the working man likes a pint when he finishes his hours (not before) so who are you to knock that? If you dont like real workers having an after work pint there are plenty of countries who dont allow alcohol-move to one. Next time your bins arent collected use your head and realise the real cause.
