        Seems to be where some parcels go to disappear. Got half my delivery, 1 of 2 parcels delivered that were sent exact same day and received at Croydon Mail Centre around same time. The ones that enter and leave the Mail Centre within 12 hours seem to get to their destination. One of my parcels (the smaller one) came to me on the date specified. The other is still sat in Croydon Mail Centre. The bigger box with the more important/expensive delivery. It was due to be delivered on 22nd. I'm fearful it's going to be flagged "lost" when it clearly shows as having been received at the Centre. I hope I'm wrong. Please, get my parcel to my local sorting office. People pay for a 48 hour service and even if delivered a day or 2 past that, it's forgiven. Holding onto parcels indefinitely just makes you look incompetent. Or worse.
