Great service from Eric, very experienced, straightforward and fairly priced. He was also friendly and relaxed and we were very comforatble with him working in our home with our young family.

Our Baxi boiler needed the heat exchanger replaced and their engineer was not comfortable with doing that work where the boiler was located. Eric surveyed and confirmed that he would be able to. Once the heat exchanger arrived, Eric carried out work very efficiently and without complaints. As it turned out, the boiler needed two further parts replaced. Once the parts arrived, he came back and completed his work. Following this, when a Baxi engineer arrived (under the maintenance contract) to replace a gas valve and perform the annual service he said that the engineer (Eric from Gas Mark 1) had done a good job fitting parts. The boiler is now working smoothly and last several months problems seems to have stopped. Well impressed with the quality of work and the efficiency of work. Thank you.
