Rebuild boundary wall retaining higher ground outside - a step change of about 4ft - and re-pave. This was a really tricky repair due to narrow access. Derek gave a fair estimate beforehand and despite additional excavation and ground works being required, kept the additional charge below 10% of the total. He did a really super job of organising the disposal of all the old brickwork and rubble, ensuring lawful and safe working practices, cleaning everything up and above all, designing and delivering a steel-reinforced wall that looks great and will last for many decades to come. Well what can I say. Derek and Chris, did not stop working on my patio and new lawn in the extreme heat, to the most fantastic standard.
