This was my second experience at this salon. Both get 0 stars from me. The first time I had my lashes done, and 80% of them fell out on the first week. I didn't make a fuss, no bad review, nothing... Went somewhere else to have it done again. I thought I'd give the salon another chance and I booked an appointment for a full head highlight cut and style 6 days in advance. Today is my only day off before Christmas, I worked around it so I'd be able to have my hair done. My soul needed this so much as I lost someone very important to me recently... Unfortunately, when I came to the salon I found out that they company is unorganised and they didn't put my booking from treatwell on their paper agenda. I booked a week in advance (6 days). They have received a notification about my booking, however they didn't bother to put it in their diary or call me to say that they were fully booked. Of course they are now fully booked and cannot do my hair. So what am I supposed to do? I've planned this treatment in advance; do you think there is a place where I can just turn up 4 days before Christmas and they'll have time for my 3hour long highlights? I don't think so... I understand that people make mistakes but if you cannot work with treatwell bookings AND normal bookings then don't. This is a business and you have to be on top of your bookings because you cause disappointed and chaos in the salon. I lost time and I'm not going to have the beautiful hair I wanted for Christmas because it's too late to look for someone else! If your whole team is having the flu, then close your bookings and slots on treatwell! I can see there are other people that had the same issue months ago, so it's not new... Having the flu is not an excuse, we all had it... You're a business, be professional. A "Sorry" and a refund doesn't cut it...

Horrible experience! Not helpful at all. Feel sorry for them. Take appointments through google but when you reach there they say they dont know anything about it. At least you can be kind and truthful about situation if not anything :)
