We have paid 125 pound just for an engineer come and had waited almost a month because they were not able to find the wheels.
The engineer suggested me to pay 20pounds fo a battery connector to pay immediately. I accepted that price and agreed with their office to pay later.
End of the story :
- They could not order the wheels
- I have ordered the wheels from a compamy.
- The cost of a battery connector (charged 10 pounds) cost me 150 + 72 = 222 pounds and 1 month without using our forklift.
Please look for another company !!

Top class service and extremely helpful staff. The owner of the shop when the extra mile and made sure I got an bottle of degreaser as the one in the shop where all sold out..
Finally a kind and nice bike mechanic in the Bjre region!
