        Please dont go to the collection point as they waste your time for the day they are a hassle and they dont listen or do anything in the right way.

        Awful experience. A courier Hussein tried to delivered my parcel and I wasnt not home. He then proceeded to put it in the bin? The bin men took the bins away alongside my parcel inside. When I called to complain, the manager had him in the room and he said that he called me and we spoke and I advised to put it in the bin which was a lie. I cannot believe DPD have people working for them like this. Shocking, appalling. I will not rest until I have justice.

        Absolutely useless, its a joke not a delivery service!!! Ive chosen delivery to a safe place and parcel wasnt delivered for two days in a row, just messages that nobody was at home so they couldnt deliver. Alin S. the driver should work for some circus as a clown coz as a delivery driver hes useless (he dont understand what mind Safe place or its to lazy to do deliveries, I dont know) Ive been using different couriers companys in the past and they have no problem to deliver, always good service, so from now on no DPD for me!! Avoid this couriers

        Still not got my parcel DPD said on Monday it will be delivered on Tuesday and Tuesday I called again and they said Wednesday and now DPD r telling me tomorrow
