Trip to Cheltenham races and back. Great price, very easy to deal with. Our driver Leigh was very accommodating to all of our requests and a great driver. I will 100% use the company again for any future coach journeys.

I hired them for 4 days and the driver kept cursing and cursing. And when you asked for a quotation they take forever to reply it

In August 2017 on a bank holiday on my wedding day I hired a Mitcham belle coach to take my from London to Birmingham for a wedding. Bus broke down around Oxford service station. Despite a national search no other buses were found for over an hour and we were told we were unlikely to get one any time soon. Due to this we had to all take cabs which was not ideal for elderly, frail passengers. We were told that we'd receive a response regarding compensation of 1753.00 in cab fares (in addition to the cost of 1195 for the cost of departure and return journey with only the return journey utilised via coach) and a decision for refund request in two weeks but after months of emails, phone calls that were ignored we were finally told months later than we wouldn't receive anything. Not only did I miss a significant portion of my wedding for a religious ceremony I suffered a great deal of stress during this time for which there was no apology, no compensation. Worse company I have ever dealt with.
