        I recently sent a complaint to Abellio about a driver of the 130 route to Thornton Heath who, two weeks ago, ignored passengers request to stop at the bus stop (Thornton Heath Clock Tower)and instead continued to the stop further down. He had no excuse to do this and had more than enough time to stop or at least apologise for his error but instead chose to ignore his passengers and cause total inconvenience. I have since had no positive response from Abellio so maybe they have chosen that ignorance is bliss
