        A coach operated by Redwing (though with Evan Evans emblazoned on it) drove into my vehicle causing minimal damage whilst I was not present. Onlookers reported it to me upon my return. It was the attitude of the management that took the shine off the affair. Admitting the collision was not the issue as the coach's all-round CCTV was indisputable, it was the confrontational tone of the MD that sucked.
