        Van went for a service to find further problems with van. They Kept van for nearly 2 weeks as they didnt have the part and didnt replace me with a vehicle. They hit me with a huge bill and I tried to contact them to find out when the repair was going to be finished and they dont call back. The level of customer service is absolutely shocking.

        what a shambles called service department from 8am and phone was answered and immediately hung up four times, i give up!! don't think i will but MERC

        Absolute disgrace. Van broke down Friday. 6 hours to recover it to this dealer. Called Saturday and was advised ready. Sent driver on 3 hour journey to collect and told it will take them five more days to replace a starter motor. Like all Marshalls Mercedes service points - avoid at all costs! Only gave 1 star as cannot leave a lower rating.
