I would just like to say how pleased I was with the experience of insuring through coversure Bedale..it was seamless from start to finish..particular thanks goes to Jenny for sorting everything out for me shes absolutely brilliant! It's just lovely to be able to speak to the same people instead of being passed from pillar to post and listening to instructions on the phone...and they always get back to you. Update: Jan 2021 Not only do I have complete confidence, knowing that we have the right insurance in place should we need it. I needed it last week and couldnt be more pleased with the support and service from Dave and his team. Within 22 hrs of making a claim, the claim was approved and the payment to bank instructed. What more could one ask for! Original review: Weve been with Coversure Bedale for years and its always been a pleasure. Above all we know we have the right cover in place and a great team on hand if we need them. Professional, efficient, friendly advice and service every time!

I required buildings insurance for a home in the Dales that I own but neither live in nor rent out (instead a family member lives there). This was in itself too much for most online insurance companies to cope with, who only have 2 options of 'I live there' or 'I rent it out'. To further complicate matters I live abroad and the house is grade 2 listed, both facts seeming to be insurmountable issues for every insurance company I spoke to (weird, I mean the house has stood without problem for 170 years and never needed a claim). Enter Mike Scanlan, quickly and professionally taking control of the situation and sorting it out within 2 days- something that all the major insurance companies I contacted were incapable of doing.
