What an amazing little shop! As a first time mum it makes such a difference being able to physically see the items and get a feel for what you want and need! Bought my pram from babycare in Dagenham was served by a lady called Lisa she was very helpful and polite we would definitely recommend thank you for all your help x

Really helpful and knowledgable staff and such a large selection of everything so youre able to compare all the different brands and models in one place. They also do great deals and prices, we couldnt find the bundle they offered us cheaper online so was a no brainer to buy through the shop!

Had an appointment today to buy a cot bed, was told there were only 3 in store to view. Felt we were judged from the start as we were shown the cheapest one, which wasnt great quality, I asked if that was the only one in stock and then showed another two. We were happy to wait for delivery, no rush to buy same day. The other two, were similar in price but different design. I asked several times were there any more and the assistant said no, despite other cots being on show none of these were cot beds, that converted to toddler beds, just the three we were shown. After looking at mattresses etc, the one we liked and set upon we were then told (no mention previously, just once decided), we couldnt have it as you had to buy as part of a deal with furniture. We already have furniture, so the deal wasnt relevant for us. We went away empty handed. After the visit, we looked online and have since purchased the exact same cot nearly 130 cheaper! The appointment helped us with deciding on a cot, so not a total waste of time, but wouldnt go back. Reply from seller doesnt match experience!!

So happy with the items and service we recieved everytime we've been into Babycare of Dagenham. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. They even price matched our pram bundle for us. More than happy to help and answer every question we had. They went above and beyond and we are so happy as several people had recommended them to us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
