    Oh how I wish you could give -0 ratings because if anywhere deserves such a rating its this absolute shambles of a GP surgery. Appointments are like gold dust, and apparently theres at least a 3 month wait due to the high volume of appointments. However pop down any time you like and youll see nothing but an empty waiting room, all theyre ALL doing is neglecting all their responsibilities, sitting there gossiping about the patients that call, and are understandably frustrated with the service. I think their favourite phrase is call 111 theyll help sure, continue to pass the buck. Another CQC audit needs to be completed and Im sure as hell itll go into special measures because theyre just money grabbers want all for GP services shoutout offering any care whatsoever. The doctor actually didnt know I could see the computer screen due to the angle of it. I could clearly see it was on standby by YET he was pretending to type and look for whatever it was he was pretending to look busy with, rather than listen to the issues I was having. Honestly you cant make this stuff up. Dont register to this surgery!!!!!

    Looking at the reviews it looks worrying. I'm thinking of joining. Dr Arif is the best Doctor I've come across. He assessed me at another practice and took time to understand the issues and straight away identified the next course of action and the medication I need. Top class doctor.

    Updating this rating. Currently on a call queue for the past 30 min. The automated voice recording keeps saying I'm 1st in line within the call queue, yet it takes them 30 min to pick up the call. I wonder if the receptionist has fallen asleep. Seriously fed up with this surgery. They are jumping at the chance of accusing patients for missing a call or turning up a few minutes late for the appointment but it's completely okay to make people wait for 30 min? I'm really curious to know what has been going on behind the scenes for them to make people wait so long. You think your time is precious? Well who's going to pay for my wasted 30 minutes that I have just spent to speak to enquire about a referral letter from the hospital? I could be getting on with my work right now instead of hearing this annoying soundtrack playing in the background. And guess what, I'm still waiting for that receptionist to pick up the call. Legend says, she's still on her lunch break and will carry on to do so for the next foreseeable future...
