Asked them I have dpd collection here.
There were two staff on counter ( 1 male and 1 female ) and manger was on the side with delivery truck.
They were idle on counter and refuse to get me parcel and said that you have to wait 30 minutes until manger gets free from delivery then he can hand me parcel.
It was cold and windy,I walked 25 minutes to store,came back empty handed.
Will never visit/buy/book anything on this store in future.
