        Tried to return parcel here and followed all the guidelines yet both the man and woman where extremely rude about the return. Told me the only way they would take the return was if I bought one of their package bags. They are the biggest con people going, avoid like the plague.

        I wish you could give no stars. I am local to this shop and for years these people have the worst attitudes ever. Never write reviews but honestly worst customer service. Have been avoiding the shop for years as there is a friendlier one further up Longbridge road opposite Lidl. However I was passing and thought Id grab sometime. Rude ladies and men. Need to sort it out
