When this place first opened, it was great. The paratas were decent...customer service was good when the gentleman is serving ( not sure if he is the owner). HOWEVER The lady serving behind the counter with the light blonde streaks needs to GO as she is putting off customers. Her lack of enthusiasm, her resting b***h face, and how she just makes one feel like an inconvenience. Its as though she is being forced to work here! I have come here on a few occasions and found this lady sitting at the table finishing eating with another colleague. Her plate is empty, yet she will not get up to serve you and remains seated, looking very agitated that she has been interrupted. Just makes the customer very unwelcome. Word of advice to management. 1. Get your staff to eat out of customers view. 2. If they are eating in the main restaurant, at least have the courtousy to stop eating, stand up, walk to the till and greet the customer and serve. Don't take the order and the money seated looking vexed. 3. Saying hello and greeting customers enthuastically will work wonders... 4. Employ staff members who speak the desi language. I have noted that this lady appears to look offended agitated when customers order in mother tongue. ( urdu punjabi) 5. Its partly desi menu...we are not mind readers that we will know from walking in that you don't speak the desi language. 7. No achaar given with takeaway paratas. 6. Karak chai... its not rocket science. Google it if you dont know what we are trying to order. And if you dont know what this is ...may be you need to change where you work. I wont be coming back here, however their paratas are nice. I hope the manager will take this feedback on board as they are losing customers due to the poor customer service. This is echoed by my family and friends.
