I recently had Mercy, a talented hairstylist install a synthetic wig on me, and I have to say, I am beyond impressed with her skills. Synthetic wigs can be tricky to install, but Mercy worked her magic and the end result was stunning. The hair looked and felt so natural, and I received so many compliments on it. What really stood out to me was how attentive and patient Mercy was throughout the entire process. As someone who was new to the shop, I felt right at home thanks to her warm and welcoming personality. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. After my experience with her, I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer. I just want to say amazing customer service!it really felt as though they cared about you as the customer & how you are feeling and I just got a good vibe.Also they do AMAZING hairstyles .Ive been to many different hair salons and usually the customer service is diabolical! But no all the hairdressers were lovely and made me feel very welcome and relaxed & you can pay by card which is ALWAYS a positive sign in a business because aint nobody got time to keep running to ATM! I also think the hair products they use are very high quality and the hair steamer was very relaxing and not TOO HOT like other places Ive been to! I didnt feel judged coming here! Also the attention to detail when the hairdresser is doing your hair is AMAZING! They dont do a rushed job either! Services: Box Braids, Braids
