Timpson service, Clumsy, lazy, botch job circus clowns / jokers, garden gnomes, avoid not professional, just confidence tricksters. All branches the same. They nearly all look the same and behave the same, like thieving fairground people of the 70s and 80s before regulations started to kick in. Im amazed how supermarkets allow these con merchants to operate on their premises. They will damage your goods and think theyve done a good job. They do not have proper equipment neither the skills to conduct successful repairs. If they owned a race horse it would be named, Timpsons botch job

My friend needed a key cut. She took advantage of their offer when you buy two keys. The person serving was helpful, friendly, polite and served us quickly.

UPDATE: I took my wifes Hugo Boss watch for a Lifetime Battery replacement. However, after I came home, my wife put her watch on and was complaining that her watch keeps clipping her skin. Upon inspection it looks like the case back was opened using a sharp tool which has damaged the case back and the side of the watch and clasp has been left scratched. I took the watch back and Glenn who was responsible, didnt take any responsibility to what he done and denied it all. I left the store with the customer services number, Glenn didnt provide a resolution, so I would like Head Office to get in touch with me, so I can provide the pictures as I want to ensure that my negative experience is dealt with professionally. This watch is of high sentimental value as its my wifes anniversary present which cost 400 from John Lewis.
