Very poor customer service. Very rude behaviour. Makes you feel so angry. Just asked for some information. They had it. But they did not give it. Just hanged the phone. Can't believe that it's happening in UK.

I wish I can give 0 stars. Absolutely rude staff that are unreliable and do not know how to do their job properly. Started off with a PCN officer issuing me an wrongful PCN as he cannot do the basic, which is read a number plate properly. The Newham council towing service then came to take my car away but then realised it is a mistake once the car was hanging mid-air. The lady in the high-vis vest refused to give her name and did not once apologise for making a mistake. She realised I have valid permit and then drops the car onto the pavement. They did not even drop the car properly as the wheels were up on the kerb and this could have left scratches and damage on the alloys (probably did). I dont understand how these people are able to get a job in this field without having basic manners and people skills. If you cant read, you should be back in school. Newham council are crooks when it comes to problems such as PCNs and towing cars away as they do not do their due diligence. This could have been a much more time consuming and costly mistake caused by these useless staff if the car was taken to the impound. At least have courage to apologise for your mistake instead of driving off abruptly with your heads down. Useless.
