Excellent service from start to finish. There was no pressure at all, I was given plenty of time to decide. I have visited the dealer, tested and I was made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much for them for example big help with recommending better finance company. They were recommended to me by my best friend and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of service and finally the van is absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much.

I purchased my van from Eadles back in June 2022 and have had nothing but trouble. I spent over 20k on my van with only 40k miles expecting trouble free motoring. It came with a 6 month warranty which was lucky as within 2 months the clutch slave cylinder went. Another 2 months after the power steering rack failed leaking fluid heavily which had to be replaced. Finally at 5.5 months into the 6 month warranty the crank shaft pulley, auxiliary belt tensioner and 2 idle pulleys failed. I was told by Eadles that after the last two repairs no more money would be spent on the van regardless of the warranty. These are some significant failures for a vehicle of this age and mileage not what was expected when spending over 20k on a van. Needless to say but I would not buy a vehicle from Eadles again nor recommend them.

Bought a van this week from Eadles, cant recommend these guys highly enough absolute pleasure to deal with in an industry where its virtually non existent. Communication was excellent, the whole process start to finish was made easy, will definitely recommend to others and will use again myself in the future whenever the time arises.
