We moved last Thursday, the weather was atrocious but we have nothing but praise for Ablemove. Two men came the day before to pack, very efficiently too. On moving day, they were on time and once again very efficient, working so hard. They took all the worry away and nothing got wet! We have no hesitation in recommending Ablemove to anyone, they're the best.

To be honest, they stored our goods for a long time and then delivered them when we agreed. The upfront sales person was great and appreciated the amount of art works and ceramics and said we would be looked after. The packing up was frantic and difficult to follow and I dont believe very much attention was paid to paintings / ceramics. The items stayed in store for 5 months (we had originally expected 6 weeks). It cost a fortune and the insurance was high (we paid extra for the art). We hadnt relished (very small print I expect) that when we booked a date for delivery we had to pay a big deposit which would be lost if the date changed (even by one day). The delivery arrived the day we expected but with a speed and abandon which was shocking . Fortunately the only thing broken was a minor not important candlestick. We unpacked the art work ourselves as I wouldnt have trusted them in any shape or form we had paid extra for a proper packing/unpacking service. The main bloke was in a really bad mood when they arrived he told me as much but said it wasnt our fault !!!!! I should think not!!!!!! To be honest I wouldnt recommend this company to move me again.
