        Tried to contact straight after ordering about a address issue not replied to there phone email Facebook or contact me form on there website order been dispatched now to the incorrect address no way to cancel order when doing PayPal checkout

        I have not received my order or the refund I am entitled too, no one has got back to me and it has been over a month trying to get an answer. Poor customer service and absolutely disgraceful

        I don't recommend touching this company with a barge pole. I returned an order in accordance with their returns policy and the law on distance selling. I emailed before I sent it, after I sent it and FB messaged, but I've heard nothing back. There is no telephone number. And of course I don't have MY MONEY BACK. This is unlawful. Shame on you

        I have an ongoing problem with Hixxy crafts at the moment i ordered 4 Aall and create stamps I received one of them and despite sending photograph evidence of the packaging they still maintain that they were all in the same package. Not very good service very disappointed.
