        I recently bought a PowerBender from the Harmonica Company. It arrived quickly but, when I opened the box, the harmonica was damaged. I contacted the Harmonica Company, sending pictures. Their response was quick and impressive, immediately offering me a replacement, which they sent out straight away. Most impressive customer care. I'll certainly buy from them again.
